Chinese Special Equipment Manufacturing License
Our Chinese Safety Quality License (SQL) was acquired in July 2002 to meet pressure vessel needs of those clients that export to China. This license is a requirement for any pressure vessels operating in China.
Pressure Vessels - ASME "U" Stamp
Maintaining our ASME "U" stamp accreditation since 1989 has allowed Youngberg Industries, Inc. to acquire a vast amount of experience . We can supply all of your ASME Section VIII, Division I pressure vessel needs. We also maintain National Board "R" stamp accreditation for the main purpose of meeting our ASME customer's shop and field repair and alteration needs.
"CE" Marked Pressure Vessels
The Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) 97/23/EC, which became mandatory in May 2002, requires that pressure vessels imported into any European Union Member State must bear the "CE" mark. In 2000 we obtained welding procedures/welding performance qualifications certified to the required EN standards. We can provide the correct answers you seek for the next European pressure vessel project.
Engineering Support
Youngberg Industries, Inc. can provide engineering support and service for customers for a wide variety of projects. We use the latest version of software, including AutoCAD, Compress, Solidworks and others to assist in ASME Section VIII, Div. I code calculations, flange design and autoclave positive pressure assemblies with locking rings.
Inspection and Testing
We can provide several options for inspection and testing of your next project. Our Engineering staff can assist you in selection of relevent methods you may require.
